Since 1975, ECS has provided an exemplary, Christ-centered education and equipped students to impact the world for Christ.  Currently, 120+ employees, including 60+ faculty, serve an enrollment of over 1,070 students in preschool through high school at our four campuses.  ECS is fully accredited by the State of Indiana, Cognia, and the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI).  All teachers must hold valid Indiana and teach in their licensed area(s).

Staff receive compensation of a base salary, and increases for additional education and years of experience are considered. Stipends are applicable to some positions. Staff are also eligible for benefits, including tuition discounts, 403(b) retirement plan and employer match, paid sick/personal days, and health insurance.

24/25 Elementary Teacher (K-6)

Kindergarten-6th grade Teacher will provide differentiated instruction and assessment in all content areas.  It is important to teach, model, and implement effective study and discipline skills. Full-Time Substitute will provide instruction in all academic subjects, and enforce proper study and discipline skills as planned by the classroom teacher. When possible, provide differentiated instruction and assessment in all content areas; teach, model, and implement effective study and discipline skills; encourage spiritual growth through biblical application and integration; and, support the school’s mission, vision, and philosophy. High School Bible Teacher will will provide Bible instruction for students in grades 9 and 10 and work collaboratively with the part time Bible 9/10 teacher, Director of SpiritualFormation, and the Bible 11/12 teacher. 24/25 Crossroads Campus Receptionist PM (9:00 AM-5:30 PM)

Crossroads Campus Receptionist will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and organized environment for both children and visitors. This position involves managing front desk responsibilities while actively engaging with children, ensuring a positive and secure atmosphere. You will be the first point of contact for parents, staff, and visitors, contributing to the overall success of Crossroads Campus. ECS staff must have a heart for the Gospel of Jesus Christ and must encourage spiritual growth through biblical application and integration, all in support of the school’s mission, vision, and philosophy.
