Since 1975, ECS has provided an exemplary, Christ-centered education and equipped students to impact the world for Christ.  Currently, 120+ employees, including 60+ faculty, serve an enrollment of 900 students at our four campuses.  ECS is fully accredited by the State of Indiana, AdvancED, and the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI).  All teachers must hold valid Indiana and ACSI licenses and teach in their licensed area(s).

Faculty Positions

For the 2021-22 school year, the base salary for a beginning teacher with a Bachelor’s degree and no experience is $30,000.  Increases for additional education and years of experience are considered.  Stipends are applicable to some positions.  Staff are also eligible for benefits, including tuition discounts, 403(b) retirement plan and employer match, paid sick/personal days, and health insurance.

Any offer of employment is subject to passing the Enhanced Criminal History and Enhanced Child Protection Index background checks.

21/22 Resource Teaching Positions

Special education license required. Applicants should submit Faculty Application and ask 3 references to fill out the Reference Form. In addition, teachers must attach a copy of their license (or transcript if license is in process).  Applicants need to be qualified to integrate Biblical principles with subject areas, as this is vital to ECS’ mission and philosophy of education.  Applicants may be contacted for an interview, after a completed application has been submitted. Performing Arts Assistant (Part Time)

Bus Drivers

Bus drivers needed for driving the morning and afternoon bus routes as well as for athletic teams in the evenings. CDL with PS Endorsement is required. Applicants 21 years or older should submit Hourly Application and ask 3 references to fill out the Reference Form. After School Care

The shift is Monday-Friday; 2:45-5:45 p.m.; pay rate is $9/hour. Applicants 18 years or older should submit Hourly Application and ask 3 references to fill out the Reference Form.
