Financial Aid Options
We know parents desire a school that meets their needs and supports their values. We also understand that tuition for Christian education is a significant investment which may be beyond the means of some families. The following are options available to families who qualify within specific program eligibility guidelines, and the Admissions Department is happy to explain the options in detail based on each family’s eligibility.
Indiana Choice Scholarship Program
Indiana’s Choice Scholarship Program enables qualified families to receive a credit (a school voucher) toward the cost of education at ECS. Detailed information about the Choice Scholarship Program is available from the Indiana Department of Education.
Be sure to read information below about how this works for students at ECS and the family’s financial responsibility.

Indiana SGO Grants for ECS Kindergarten Students
ECS Kindergarten students who do not have a “pathway” yet for Indiana’s Choice Scholarship Program could be eligible for an SGO Grant towards tuition in Kindergarten at ECS. Receiving the SGO Grant provides a “pathway” for the Indiana Choice Scholarship Program in future years.

23/24 SGO Grants for Kindergarten
ECS is partnering with the Institute for Quality Education (I4QE) to provide SGO grants to Indiana residents whose child will be entering kindergarten, as well as other students who qualify based on income. Receiving an SGO grant provides students with a “pathway” to receive an Indiana Choice Scholarship in future years. Specific deadlines apply.
Tuition Assistance from ECS
ECS offers tuition assistance options primarily for families who do not qualify for the State programs, including those above the State income guidelines and those who do not live in Indiana. Generally, to qualify for ECS tuition assistance, tuition must be greater than 10% of the family’s annual income. Families can apply for ECS tuition assistance after admission is approved, and the amount of assistance varies per family and circumstance. New families will be provided with an online tuition assistance application after admission is approved and payment of the non-refundable commitment fee.
