Current Openings

Band Director

Lead and grow a 5th–12th grade instrumental music program. The ideal candidate will go beyond mere instruction to foster a passion for music across beginning, intermediate, and advanced band levels. Expectations include planning and directing performances and competitions, while integrating biblical principles into his or her teaching. This role requires a heart for ministry, strong leadership, and a passion for developing students spiritually and musically. Competitive salary offered!

Middle School Campus Coordinator

Support the daily operations of the Middle School Campus by partnering with staff, students, and families to foster a welcoming, orderly, and Christ-centered environment. Assist with scheduling, communication, and event logistics to ensure smooth campus coordination. Serve as a central point of contact for students and staff, helping facilitate effective communication and collaboration. Represent ECS with professionalism and joy by upholding the school’s mission, vision, and core values in every interaction.

High School Spanish Teacher

Provide Spanish instruction for Spanish II, III, and IV, integrating biblical principles; foster student growth, model effective study and discipline skills, and collaborate with the school community to support spiritual and academic development in line with the school’s mission and core values.

Full-time Substitute Teacher

Serve ECS in a full-time capacity, providing daily classroom coverage as needed across grade levels. This position is dedicated to serving students and teachers by delivering instruction based on plans provided by the classroom teacher, while maintaining a structured, Christ-centered environment.

The ideal candidate will be flexible, dependable, and collaborative—ready to step into various classrooms on short notice to ensure continuity of instruction and care. This role works closely with administrators and staff to ensure smooth transitions and consistently upholds ECS’s mission, values, and standards in all interactions.

Office Receptionist Substitute

Serve and support the school community by welcoming guests, answering calls and doorbells, and directing visitors and inquiries to the appropriate staff members. Promote a secure and Christ-centered environment by ensuring sign-in and sign-out procedures are followed. Assist with the distribution of dropped-off items to staff and students. Represent and advocate for ECS by upholding the school’s mission, vision, and core values in every interaction.

Part-time Substitute Teacher

Support student learning by delivering instruction based on lesson plans provided by the regular teacher, while maintaining a structured, Christ-centered classroom environment. Collaborate with staff to ensure a smooth transition in the teacher’s absence and uphold ECS’s mission, values, and standards in all interactions.

Pre-K Assistant Teacher

Support lead teacher in providing differentiated instruction and assessment across all content areas while modeling and reinforcing effective learning, discipline, and Christ-centered growth. Hours: 7:45 am – 4:15 pm.
